This little meme is catching fire with all of my Liberal Friends.
You know what I see, as head of a Libertarian-leaning website?
How do I figure? In the Top Picture, a bunch of unemployed Americans threw a temper tantrum that the Presidential Candidate that they wanted to win, didn't. Ashley Babbitt died. There was no insurrection.
In the Bottom Picture, a bunch of unemployed Americans threw a temper tantrum because they didn't like ICE. They impeded the agency in the streets at every turn. Renee Good died. There was no "random execution" of citizens.
Now the Left is mobilizing in the streets around Renee Good?
I am going to say this very concisely: There is a real problem in America with stupid, unemployed citizens being manipulated by their leaders.
On January 6, 2021, my friend Cliff texted me "are you following what's going on in the Capitol for your blog?" I responded "I am swamped at work, I'll catch it on the Evening News."
On January 7, 2025, my friend Martin texted me "are you following what's going on in Minneapolis for your blog?" I responded "I am swamped at work, I'll catch it on the Evening News."
The moral of the story really is: I need a better day job.
