June 21, 2026: The Snake Apocalypse

In Season Four, Episode Five of [adult swim]'s Rick and Morty, it was clearly stated that on June 21, 2026 there was going to be a Snake Apocalypse. The episode, titled Rattlestar Ricklactica and released on December 15, 2019, spoke of the day that 17 billion snake lives ended.

Today is that day.
