10. Speed Buggy - (1973 - 16 Episodes)

Teens having Scooby-Doo like adventures with their dune buggy... that is alive! (And voiced by the same guy that did Bugs Bunny.)

Chances of a reboot? Speed Buggy has made many cameos over the past 50 years, but the chances of a reboot are slim.

9. Super Friends - (1973 - 16 Episodes)

Your DC Comic favorites all having G-Rated adventures on ABC.

Chances of a reboot? Between 1977-1985, Super Friends was rebooted or re-tooled 6 different times with varying degrees of success. So far the 70's Super Friends Universe is better than James Gunn's 2025 DC Universe.

8. Koala Man - (2023 - 8 Episodes)

Technically, Koala Man wasn't cancelled or uncancelled. Once Executive Producer Justin Roiland got in his legal trouble, everything was just suspended. Now the future of Hulu itself is in doubt.

Chances of a reboot? I would be stunned if Koala Man didn't turn up somewhere in the next 3-5 years.

7. Wacky Races (1968-1969 - 17 Episodes)

Characters from the Wacky Races wound up on multiple spin-offs like Dastardly and Muttley and Captain Caveman.

Chances of a reboot? Almost zero, but I wouldn't be surprised if certain cartoon contestants didn't continue to pop up here and there.

6. Brad Neely's Harg Nallin' Sclopio Peepio (2016 - 10 Episodes)

From the creator of China, IL, Sclopio Peepio was a cartoon variety show that failed to catch on at Adult Swim. Heely's next effort, Harper House, only lasted a year at Paramount+.

Chances of a reboot? Unless I'm personally named the President of Programming at Adult Swim, it ain't happening.

5. Top Cat (1961-1962 - 30 Episodes)

Top Cat was a bust in prime time, but became a hit the second time around in re-runs on Saturday Mornings.

Chances of a reboot? Actually pretty good. In 2011, Anima Studios in Mexico made a Top Cat Movie that made $100 million.... PESOS! Eventually an American studio will try the same thing.

4. Bordertown (2016 - 13 Episodes)

Mark Hentemann created an animated family comedy that was as good as American Dad or Bob's Burger's. Unfortunately, Fox didn't agree and cancelled it after one season.

Chances of a reboot? The magical internet seems to think that Hentemann is moving out of the animation business and into real estate. If that's true, a reboot probably isn't in the cards.

3. Catscratch (2005-2007 - 20 Episodes)

Wayne Knight, Rob Paulsen, and Kevin McDonald were outstanding voice actors in the lead roles. But Doug TenNapel's project didn't quite have the ratings it needed to get renewed.

Chances of a reboot? Reboot Catscratch? In a year you're going to have to reboot Nickelodeon.

2. The Midnight Gospel (2020 - 8 Episodes)

Instead of me yammering on and on, you should click on this Blog Post that should be titled: The Cult of the Midnight Gospel.

Chances of a reboot? Sadly, almost zilch. The Adventure Time universe is now focused on the Adventures of Fionna and Cake.

1. Clerks: The Animated Series (2000 - 6 Episodes)

I should recluse myself from this ranking because my favorite film of all time is Clerks. But with that being said, if Kevin Smith went to Adult Swim back in the year 2000 with zero budget and a 12 minute episode arc, Clerks: The Animated Series would have run for 10 seasons. Instead he went to ABC (Disney) and they absolutely ruined a potentially great cartoon.

Chances of a reboot? Just about everything Smith touches comes back in some form or another, but I think Smith was satisfied in killing off the Clerks Franchise in Clerks 3.
