This isn't an article, it is a time capsule.

Today, November 20, 2025, Rolling Stone Magazine announced the Rolling Stone College Journalism Awards.

What a bunch of crap. When I think of woke publications, Rolling Stone Magazine shoots to the top of the listen. They used to be the counter-culture, now they are corporate-culture, chock full of far-lefties. Because, apparently, I'm a figurative masochist, I only go to Rolling Stone to get angry.

So with that being said, I can predict, months out, who the winners will be. Not the authors' names, but the topics of the winning entries.

Because entries for Rollings Stone's contest is behind a pay wall, which is ironic in itself, it is a bit more tricky to pull off my Carnac impression but here it is.

News Categories of the Future Winner:

  • The Plight of the Transgender American

  • Trump has Small Penis and/or has Mental Illness.

  • ICE Needs to be Stopped and/or An Example of Good Immigrants in America

Music Categories of the Future Winner:

  • Young Band with all LGBT Members that Sing LGBT Themes.

  • Old Classic Rock Band from England or America is Racist.

  • Young Female that Speaks Truth to Power. Someone like Phoebe Bridgers.

You know why Bari Weiss is in charge at CBS? Because she wants to return the station to core journalistic fundamentals.

That's not what Rolling Stone is doing here. They want some kids to come and visit their echo chamber.

Let's wait a few months are see what happens.

We are not journalists at Beacon of Speech, we are Free Speech Advocates. Rolling Stone Magazine may have been about free speech....50 years ago).
