Bomb Iran by Vince Vance and the Valients

First of all, the song above is one of my favorite music parodies of all time. I think I've written, like, 5 articles with the song as an Easter Egg.

So let's be clear, clear as muddy pond water.

Beacon of Speech is a Libertarian-leaning website. For the Record, we do not support the bombing of any other country. We should not be in the war business. But....

Me, as Trump bombs the shit out of Iran.
Me, as Trump bombs the shit out of Iran.

If you asked me in 2025, "if you had a free pass, who would you bomb?" My answer, immediately, would be Iran. Tired of the United States randomly bombing other countries, like Syria, Lebanon, or Yemen. In each case, we were fighting proxy wars with Iran. Finally we are bombing the country that we want to bomb. For the first time since 1979, the United States has addressed that itch that they have been longing to scratch.

Am I worried about World War III? Of course I am, but now I'm numb to it. Every provocation since Russia invaded Ukraine has invoked the World War III cry. What people fail to understand is that EVERYONE hates Iran.

The United States is the boogeymen in the Middle East, but has been portrayed in the past as far-away, existential devils. Iran is about 90% Shia Muslim, Iraq is about 60% Shia Muslim, and Azerbaijan is about 60% Shia Muslim. Those are the only majority Shia countries in the world. The "good" Muslims, the Sunnis, are the majority in 40 other countries.

Since the United States bombed Iran, Iran has bombed SEVEN other Sunni countries (besides Iraq and Azerbaijan). The 20 or so Sunni neighbors of Iran are sick of their act also.

Why did Iran bomb in Azerbaijan? Because they had enemies in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Before 10 minutes ago, I didn't even know that the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic existed.

It has been well reported that Israel wanted us to bomb Iran, less reported is that Saudi Arabia was lobbying for America to do the same exact thing. If you go back to the history books, one of the reasons for the Iraq War was because Saudi Arabia needed protection from Saddam Hussein.

If you're screaming at your computer ISRAEL, ISRAEL, ISRAEL! It's the ZIONISTS! Go ahead and stop reading now, I am tired of that crap. Israel is the size of New Jersey, they simply want to exist.

If all Muslim countries got together and formed a loose confederacy like the EU, where they all promised not to attack each other and used the same currency, Israel would be as irrelevant on the world stage as Honduras, which has nearly the same population.

Let's call the new entity New Persia.

New Persia in Yellow
New Persia in Yellow

New Persia would rival the EU in economic strength. I think, deep down, Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman wouldn't mind leading a New Persia. The problem is, every prince or mullah would love to run New Persia, none of them want to answer to an entity above themselves.

At the core of the problems in the Middle East isn't Israel, but the Shia/Sunni rift. But who truly stirs the Shit Pot in the Middle East? Iran. I'm not even saying Iran needs to be a democracy, if you simply let a non-religious entity run the country, a New Persia would be within reach.

I would be for a New Persia, but you know who would be against it? Russia. They don't want a strong southern neighbor, they don't want a strong EU. Putin wants to put the USSR back together again, and that includes countries like Turkmenistan. It is in Russia's best interest for constant war.

You say that's America's MO? (Method of Operation).

I can't stress this enough, Donald Trump has no master plan. He is going to bomb Iran until he gets bored of bombing Iran.

I wish I could find the article so I could give the author credit, but I read that since Donald Trump had that bullet whiz by his ear in 2024, he simply wants to kill world leaders that have threatened to kill him.

That simple.

No strategy, no nation building, no plan. He will keep killing Iranian leaders until he gets one that says "hey, let's negotiate."

Foreign Policy by personal vengeance is hardly a good way to run a country, which re-emphasizes why we should pull back to the days of the Monroe Doctrine.

But hey, I'm just an average, no-brain American....
