Editors Note: Over at the Daily Beast, writer Katie Francis wrote this totally original and unique missive yesterday: Trump Triggers 25th Amendment Calls With Unhinged Easter Meltdown

"Hmm, where have I seen this before, I though to myself." Below is the same exact article I wrote on January 19, that responded to the Daily Beast article, Trump's Appalling Threat Leaves No Doubt That Its Time for the 25th Amendment. I only changed the highlighted parts.

The top story at the Google News this morning was: Trump Triggers 25th Amendment Calls With Unhinged Easter Meltdown

What website was so "brave" to invoke the Constitution? The Daily Beast.

<sigh>

The Daily Beast is one of the most partisan rags in America. Which one of their 150 or so Liberal staff members wrote the article? Katie Francis. Hmm, she must be new, I don't recognize her name.

Editor's Note: Sorry, 150 Liberals and Token Moderate Matt Lewis.

So I looked up her last articles in Muck Rack and, lo and behold, she is English. Not of English Descent, but actively living in England.

Listen, if you work at the Daily Beast and want your Congressional Representatives to invoke the 25th Amendment, have one of your Senior Editors mock up a few paragraphs worth of bullet points, then have everyone sign it, and then send it on over. Real simple. The Daily Beast is based in Trump's Home of New York City. I want American Citizen's names attached to the plea and which Congressperson the missive is being sent to.

But to have a stringer from England write the article, then everyone else chimes in "yeah, what she said." And then no real action comes of it? That comes off as cowardly.

Just last year, writer after writer came out and compared Trump to Hitler.

Well now it's time to put up or shut up. Take a united stand against "fascism," consequences be damned.

Editor's Note II: And the "consequences" would be nothing. Donald Trump has no power over the writers at the The Daily Beast.
