Each death that passed was linked to Putin, with no proof that he actually ordered it. When confronted, Putin laughed off all charges, giving insultingly basic platitudes like "people die every day."
But when Navalny died, the Russian government went through great lengths to prevent an autopsy on his body. When Litvenenko died, he was chock full of polonium. There was an ambiguity to almost all of the cases above.
When Hayden Panettiere died last week, the famous actress' death was subject to endless conjecture at tabloids like the Daily Mail and TMZ. She lost custody of her child due to post-partum, she repeatedly called the police on her on-again off-again boyfriend Brian Hickerson, and was the subject of vicious rumors regarding substance abuse.
I don't care about any of that.

Killing a famous American Actress, albeit one beyond her prime, would be quite a coup for the FSB, and would send a message to other outspoken Putin critics that his power is growing internationally, not ebbing.
Vladimir Putin is not above a symbolic murder, he wants to convey that he can kill anyone, anywhere, even if it is only known in the shadowy intelligence community.

On July 7th of this year, assassin Anastasiia Berezovska was found dead after severely wounding Vadym Volodymyrovych Yermolaiev, his mistress, and his teenage son a week earlier in billionaire playground Monaco.
Who killed Berezovska?
Who tried to kill Yermovaiev?
The Ukrainian Government? Not on the record for either.
The Ukrainian Mafia? (Side Note: There's a Ukrainian Mafia?)
A Wife Scorned? Despite the Mistress' Legs being blown off, there is no public record of Mrs. Yermovaiev filing for divorce after the incident.
Putin? AI claims "no hard evidence Putin is linked to either act of violence."
Well SOMEONE obviously paid Berezovska to put that remote bomb on Yermovaiev's doorstep. Someone who didn't want to be known.
Monaco, one of the safest places on Earth, is stumped. On the record, they only know, for sure, that Berezovska put that bomb there. Everything beyond that is speculation.
In theory, it would be easier to target someone in Greenville, South Carolina than in Monaco.

Let me ask you, who killed Marilyn Monroe?
Did she simply overdose, or did she cross the wrong politician?
Or did she run afoul of the FBI?
You see where I'm going with this....
I am not saying that Panettiere died at the the hands of Putin. I am saying you run a Tox Screen for EVERYTHING to prove that foul play wasn't involved. Panettiere would have been infinitely easier to target than either of the Klitschko Brothers, both very vocal critics of Putin.
