I WAS WRONG!
Dave Williams had a heart attack due to an undiagnosed heart condition, Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. He could have died whether on the tour bus or working at the local grocery store. He was simply unlucky to have heart muscle disease.
Whenever someone under 30 has a heart attack, I always think: Drugs.
But that's not always the case. You could have something as simple as dehydration that devolves into a heart event.
I remember basketball player Hank Gathers. He was a spectacular athlete that played at Loyola Marymount and was having some issues related to his prescribed medications. Gathers was destined for the NBA and wanted to keep playing ball. In 1990, Hank Gathers died on the court in a game against the Portland Pilots. The autopsy revealed Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy, Gathers didn't stand a chance.

If he had a heart attack, but it red flagged an underlying heart condition, it might have been a blessing in disguise. Being LeBron's son, if there is a heart condition, he will have ample opportunities within his Dad's Brand outside of basketball.

I don't believe there is one documented case, in any medical journals, where a teenager had a heart attack due to the Covid Vaccine.
I actually had complications related to the Covid Vaccine and I don't believe that's what happened to Bronny James, not for a second.
