Too Late for Justice

Earlier this week, Prince Andrew was arrested, and then freed, on (the British equivalent of) bail.

Prince Andrew is not rotting in some English Dungeon, he is at his estate, right now, lawyering up. The only living person in jail related to the Epstein Case is Giselle Maxwell.

But I can't help but think any arrests beyond this point are diluted justice. The above photo is 25 years old and Virginia Giuffre is dead. By all accounts, she had a rough life and a controversial death. You say there are dozens of other victims? I'm saying the guilty have all lived their lives, you aren't taking anything away from them at this point. What do I mean?

There are multiple names that have come up over and over and are salacious in nature. But what is their penalty?

  • Bill Clinton: 79 years old. Mostly retired from the public eye.

  • Donald Trump: 79 years old. President. Last president to go to jail? It has never happened. If Trump was embarrassed by his links to Epstein, even by a miniscule amount, he would have resigned from office, and public life, years ago.

  • Peter Theil: 58 years old. Too rich to go to jail.

  • Elon Musk: 54 years old. Too rich to go to jail.

  • Bill Gates: 70 years old. Too rich to go to jail.

  • John Glenn: Dead.

  • Stephan Hawking: Dead.

  • Noam Chomsky: 97 years old. Almost dead.

  • Harvey Weinstein: 73 years old. Already in jail.

  • Alan Dershowitz: 87 years old. And we are going to start here.

Age: 87
Age: 87

Alan Dershowitz is all over the Epstein Files. As Epstein's Lawyer, that made sense, it was explainable. He faced SOME charges, but was eventually dropped from most lawsuits. I'm not saying the Dershowitz is innocent, or guilty, I am saying that even when Alan Dershowitz was ankle-deep, defending the undefendable, he was already muddying the water for future litigations.

If you check out the interactive web above, the Daily Mail did a very nice job of connecting the dots between Jeffrey Epstein and the rich and powerful. What it didn't do was clarify who was guilty, or who was simply caught in a large net. It is suspicious though that Dershowitz was in over a thousand files.

But Epstein was first charged with a crime in the year 2005. That's over 2 decades of lunge and parry tactics from his lawyers. What has the government been doing for the last 20 years, when it should have been investigating his associates? With the exception of a few billionaires, most of the names under a microscope are now past retirement age. You know how many dead guys are in the Epstein Files? Where is the punishment there? If Elon Musk, or any billionaire for that matter, was on the cusp of being arrested, they would just leave America.

This isn't like Professional Cycling, where cheating winners are stricken from the record books, like they didn't exist. All of the politicians above formed policy, you can't undo what they did due to their associations with Epstein. The billionaires made their money, there is no mechanism to fine a billionaire out of billionaire status.

When Prince Andrew was arrested, it was the first time that had happened to a top-tier English Prince since 1647. For those bad at math, that's almost 400 years ago. But at 66, what is Andrew's real penalty, except for losing his royal privileges? He ain't going to jail.

Bottom line, there was no appetite for doing the right thing when it mattered in real time. The reason that the Epstein Files have gained traction now is because Trump championed their release, then realized all his friends were in there.

The Epstein Case reinforces the fact that Modern America is built on Rich Privilege.

Protesting in America, in 2026, is a lot like giving blood.

At the Red Cross, no one who actually gives blood gets paid. But the Red Cross pays people to organize the process of giving blood, then gets the blood to the hospitals.

Right now, every Anti-Trump Protest has an online presence, with instructions and meeting points for nearly every large American City.

Why AREN'T there organized Epstein Protests?
